ヴィアあべのウォーク1Fにある洋風創作料理のお店「ビストロバル羊の家あべの店」でランチです。
何度も行こうと思いながら、ついお隣りのお店に行ってしまいます。
（お隣りちゃうやろ～ってツッコまないでネ(^^;）
店内は、女子率高し！
只今オッサン独り。のち2~3人来店。
何も決めないままで入店したので、ファーストインプレッションでオーダー。
Aプレートランチ 1,100円（税込）
メニューのふわふわオムライスの文字に魅せられてしまったんです。
オムライス（デミグラスソース）、海老フライ、昔ながらのコロッケ、ローストビーフ、お野菜（ブロッコリー、トマト、ポテト）、スープ、サラダ
スープは、ビーフコンソメ。
味は良いけど、あまり熱く無い…(´・_・`)
ふわふわオムライス。
オムライスから。

ふわとろ玉子がウマ～い！
デミグラスソースは、昔懐かしい深みのあるコクと香りが良い。
デミグラスソースで炒めたライスも良い…(^^♪
しかし、味は良いが熱く無い…(´・ω・｀)
エビフライは、もしかして冷凍？
もしくは、業務用のような味わい…違ってたらゴメンナサイ…(#^^#)
コロッケも普通。
ローストビーフは乾燥気味。
ハンバーグランチ 950円
全体的に冷めてるのが残念。
もっと美味しいと思ってただけに残念感が強い。
オムライスに釣られたけど、お店の名物「クリームフォンデュ」がセットになった「Bプレートランチ」にすれば良かったなあ。
