あべのQsモールで部下とランチ。どのお店も平日なのにウェイティング状態。忙しそうな雰囲気です。
比較的入りやすく、部下とも少し話す事があったので落ち着いた雰囲気のこちらのお店に訪店しました。
以前、阪急三番街で訪店した事もあり、安心していたんですが、久々に。。。なランチになりました。
「洋食」という事でエビフライ＆ハンバーグが食べたくて王道のランチメニューをオーダー。
ん～っ。。。エビフライは小生の人差し指ほどの大きさ。。。ハンバーグに至っては
焼き目もついていない、なんとか生焼けではなかったが、とにかく「すんごい水分」。。。
スープに至っては。。。「フーフーする必要のない」ぬるさ。。。なんでこの状態で出せるの！？？
忙しいのは分かるが、ちゃんと調理ができない状態でお客さんに料理を提供するなら、案内しなければよいのに。。。
