今日は珍しいカレー親子丼頂きました‼️
下手なところはお粥の様に水分が多くて、べちゃべちょなのですが、
ここは出汁の量が上手く、上手に仕上げられてます。
こんなに上手なら普通の親子丼でもよかった気がします。
トリの肉は鳥類の肉という意味で、鶏とは限らないのですが、
バカなテレビ番組がほんと多いです。
私は鶏皮のブツブツが苦手なのでですが、ここのは皮の比率は高めです。
けど、よければ何の問題もありません。
