麺屋彩々・昭和町本店へ。
大阪市阿倍野区阪南町にある、大阪屈指の人気ラーメン店です。
自分が住む三重県には、2017年〜2019年に[全力ラーメン]という、超人気ラーメン店があって。
2019年の閉店以来、その味が忘れられなくて、全力ラーメンの店長さんが修業された店舗のひとつ、麺屋彩々さんにやって来ました。
平日火曜日の11時に到着。
ポールシャッターでした。
11時半の開店から、10分後には満席になってました。
店内はカウンター９席。
先に券売機で食券を購入して、スタッフさんに手渡しします。
メニュー。
数量限定・清澄鶏塩らーめん(900円)を注文。
このビジュアルが、全力ラーメンさんのものと激似で。
なので、注文はこれに決めてました。
焦げ目が香ばしい鶏肉が目を惹きます。
スープは、鶏の旨みを感じる、塩味が程よく効いた清澄スープ。
具材は、鶏肉、玉子、春菊、ネギ。
麺は中太ストレートで、つるつるしていて、程よい歯ごたえがあります。
自分が三重・松阪で食べてきた全力ラーメンさんの味とは違いましたが、すごく美味しかったです。
