麺屋彩々昭和町本店さんへ
オープン前の11時20分着、4番手。
塩、味噌共に人気のある店。昭和町2番出口からすぐで大通りから一本裏に入った角地です。
自販機で食券を購入。近代的な食券機でカード支払いも可能です。
塩、醤油、味噌、白湯、カレー、激辛とメニューが豊富です。昼はご飯ものとのセットがあります。
今回は数量限定の
清澄鶏塩らーめん 900円
チャーシュー増し 300円
計、1200円
を注文。
清澄鶏塩らーめんはチャーシューが鶏の炙りに変更になっています。5分程で着丼。
透明感があり、あっさりですが鶏の旨味が出た深みを感じるスープ。レンゲが進みます。
麺はツルッとした食感で中細の少し縮れた麺。スープが程良く絡み美味しいです。
具材は炙った鶏、味玉半分、ネギ、青菜、追加したレアチャーシュー3枚。
どの具材もスープの味を邪魔せずに美味しかったです。
スープ完飲。美味しく頂きました。
接客も良く気持ちの良い挨拶で店を出ました！
