谷町九丁目と四天王寺前夕陽丘駅のちょうど真ん中くらいにあるカフェ。
このあたりはお寺が多く、ゆっくりできるおしゃれなお店がすくないので、
新規オープンはうれしいです。
階段を上がると右に入り口。入って右と左にわかれて席があります。
ちょっと変則的なレイアウトですが、お店の中央部分に階段があるので、
逆に、テーブル同士が隔離されて、どの席も落ち着いてくつろげます。
お昼だったのでランチメニューを。
パスタ、オムライス、丼やカレー、サンドイッチなどがありました。
サンドイッチもおいしそうだったけれど、今日はオムライスにしました。
コーヒー、スープ、サラダがついて880円。
スープは熱々のコンソメ、サラダもおいしかったです。
オムライスは、半熟卵を上からかぶせるタイプ。
ソースはデミグラス、下のライスも薄茶色のデミグラス味でトマトの酸味は
全然なかったので、すっぱいのが苦手な子供にもうけそうです。
やわらかなお味で特別なものはなにもないけれど、おいしくいただきました。
コーヒーがあつあつじゃなかったのは、ちょっとがっかり。
プティフールがついていて、食後に甘くて美味でした。
ケーキを注文するほどじゃないけれど、食後にちょっと甘いものが
ほしいものなので、これはうれしいサービスです。
店員さんの応対は笑顔であかるく、いいかんじでした。
店内からは谷町筋が２階から見えて広々といい雰囲気。
行きかう車の流れをのんびりと見ながら、仕事の疲れをいやすことが
できました。
次回はサンドイッチや丼を食べてみたいです。
