１１月９日にオープンしたスイーツ店。
西日の入るシンプルモダンな雰囲気。完全禁煙でスイーツを楽しむ～☆
谷町筋東側沿い。
地下鉄四天王寺前夕陽ヶ丘駅１番出口を北へしばらく行くとあります。
谷町９丁目駅からでもそれほど遠くありません。
堺東駅前にあるスイーツ ファクトリー スリーズの支店のようですな～。
こういう立地で、マンションの２階にケーキ屋さんがあるというのは珍しいかな。
細い階段を上がっていくと、すぐにお店に入るドアが。。。
店内は、白床、白テーブルに、白と赤のチェア。
シャンデリアがついて、シンプルモダンで上品な感じ。
全席禁煙というのがとてもうれしい！！
西側が窓になって、谷町筋を眺められるが、午後は西日が強くロールカーテンが降ろされている。
接客は丁寧で、いい感じ。

りんごのしゃりっとした食感とムースの柔らかな食感がおもしろい。
甘ったるくなく、食べやすい。
一緒に食べたり、別々に食べたり、いろんな味を楽しめる。
コーヒーは普通においしい。
どこにでもあるホットコーヒーです。
ランチもやっているよう。
フレーバーティーやハーブティーなど紅茶の種類が多い。
また、近くによれば再訪してみたいかな。。。
