晩ごはんに選んだのは
『煙燻製バルトリベーネあべの店』さん
結構店内混み合っていますね。
予約入れてなかったので頂けるのか不安でしたがタイミングが良かったのか検温を受け入口近くのカウンター席に案内されました。
ホールスタッフさんから丁寧に料理とオーダーについて説明をして頂きました。

とりあえず燻製の盛合わせを注文
最初、店のお通しを出されます。
燻製枝豆とポテトサラダ
燻されて香りが漂う枝豆は美味しかった。ほくっとポテサラも旨い。
さて、お勧めの燻製の盛合わせが到着です。
スタッフさんが玉手箱の紐を解き蓋を開封。。ドライアイスの煙りが立ち昇る…見た目も鮮やかな燻製群

燻製ごまドレッシングの野菜サラダ温玉のせ
燻製モモ肉の唐揚げ（低温58℃で60分加熱調理）外カリカリで中はジューシー
チーズを挟んだ燻製スパムカツは燻製ケチャップをつけ頂きました。
たけのこの天ぷらには燻製しおで
こちらもカリッと揚って熱々サクサク
〆のごはんは燻製卵かけご飯
ただのTKGかと思ってましたがしらすの炊込みごはんでした。1合のお米をしらすと共に釜でたきこんで配膳されます。
蒸らしたあとよく底からかき混ぜ龍の卵と呼ばれる高級卵と燻製醤油をかけ海苔をふって頂きます。
素材から調味料まで燻製に拘った燻製専門店ならではの香る料理。
