筍ご飯は優しい味つけ
雑穀米は濃い色、でも雑穀の自然な色なのだと思う
プチプチして歯ごたえあり
焼き魚や揚げ物は、しっかりとした味つけ
副菜は正に自然食って感じのが多種類
