12：30頃来訪。先客1名、後客2名。ベルタの裏手の路地のようなところにある隠れたお店。男女2名で切り盛り。
今日はカツカレーの口だったので、迷わずカツカレー(980円)を注文。
おもむろにカツを揚げ始める。4〜5分くらいで到着。
大きめの平皿にこんもりご飯。その上に整列した端正な色合いのカツ。ルーは手前に海のように広がる。
ここはご飯がもっちりしていて美味。こだわりのお米のよう。
カレーはほんのりフルーティな香りがあり、玉ねぎの粒々が楽しめる。辛さは甘口の上くらい。程よい旨味と塩気で美味。粘度はそれほどなく、もっちりとしたカレーとよく合う。
カツは下味しっかり、衣がサクサク。肉のクオリティは良く、しっとりした感じ。私好み。揚げ時間がもう気持ち短くても良いのかもと思わなくもない。このカツもご飯とカレーと合わせて食べると、めちゃくちゃあう。
あっという間に完食。ボリュームはちょうどくらい。美味しかった！端正な見た目。個々のクオリティの高さ。合わせた時の味の具合。ある意味カツカレーの完成形。また今度食べに来たいと思います。
