初めてあべのハルカスに行った。
実は昨年の夏に大阪出張があったとき、阿倍野駅で地下鉄から近鉄に乗り換え、
そのときに寄ることも出来たのだが、なにぶんオープンしたての時期だったので、混雑を嫌って先送りにした。
で、今回が初訪問。
まずは腹ごしらえ。12階から14階があべのハルカスダイニング
、飲食店街なのだが、意外と東京発のお店が多く、まあ大阪に住む人からすれば非日常感のあるお店だろうが、
東京から来た人は大阪に来てまで、という感じで、地元の人と観光客との折り合いが難しい。
いろいろあるが今回は焼き肉屋さんにする。焼き肉屋さんもある意味大阪文化ですからね。
説明は省きます(；・∀・)ハッ?
11時のオープンからけっこうなウエイティング。名前を書いたが、3組待ちくらいだった。
お店の中をのぞくと空席があるように思うのだが、この点お店もいろいろ事情があるんでしょうな。
ランチメニューにはいろいろあるが、今回は、一頭ランチに。
さすがに牛一頭なわけはないが、和牛赤身ロース、特上カルビ、特選クラシタ（肩ロース）、特選サーロインのセットだ。
まずはタレと塩。
そしてビール。真昼間から飲むビールは旨い♪
サラダ、大根キムチ、牛しぐれ煮。
これから肉食べるから牛しぐれ煮じゃなくて他のキムチとかナムルでもよかったんですけどね。
そして、御飯、スープはお代わり自由。スープは胡麻油の風味がいいですね。
御飯を入れればクッパみたいになる。
ちなみに日本人は御飯に汁をかけるが、韓国人は汁に御飯を入れるそうな。
肉！焼く！旨い！
とろけるようなお肉ですね。
口に入れたらすっと溶けるようなお肉って、よくテレビのグルメリポートで云ってるが、
まさしくこんな感じでしょうね。あまり塩やたれをつけなくてもじゅうぶん旨い。
御飯は当然おかわり。
最後はデザート。わらび餅です。満足満足(´∀｀)
