友人と天王寺で遊んで夕食も済ませようとＭＩＯ内を見て回ってここに決めました。
串のビュッフェとなかなか耳にしないコンセプトのお店でどうすればいいんだろうと
入店直後は不安でしたが、店員さんの説明が丁寧だったのですぐに慣れました。
牛スジやエビといったオーソドックスなものから、もちもちドーナツやたい焼きといった
一風変わったものまで種類は豊富でどれにしようか迷うくらいです。
たい焼きなどはえ、これそのまま食べてもいいんじゃ？と一瞬思ったりしましたが
揚げることで表面がパリパリになって中身もほかほかになるので
良い意味で裏切られたメニューだったのは印象的です。
練り粉とパン粉を付けて揚げるところまで自分の手作業なので
普段は味わえない楽しさがありました。
ちょっと揚げ過ぎて黒っぽくなってしまってもそれもまた一興。
もう大丈夫かな？とフライヤーをついついじっと見つめて串をいじったり。
串料理を楽しんだ後用にか、チョコーレートタワーもありましたが串が楽しすぎて
おなかに余裕がありませんでした(笑)
サイドメニューも豊富だったので油っぽいのはちょっと……という方も
串料理以外で楽しめるかと思います。
家族などで行けば大変盛り上がるかと思いますのでお薦めです。
