月末の仕事帰り。
遅くまでの仕事で小腹がすいたので、阿倍野で途中下車してあべのキューズモールのレストランフロアへ。
自由が丘蔭山というラーメン店を見つけたので入ってみました。
メニューを見てみると「鶏白湯塩そば」の六文字が。
鶏白湯好きとしては速攻で注文しました。
出てきたのは鶏白湯塩そばにレモンとプチ御飯の三点でした。
レモンは途中に入れて味変を楽しむため、プチ御飯は麺を食べた後に入れて残りのスープと共に味を楽しむために添えられているようです。
鶏白湯塩そばは生野菜が盛りだくさんで他にはほぐした鶏肉と味玉などが入っていました。
メンマやレアチャーシューなどといった具の鶏白湯に慣れていた身としてはなかなか新鮮なラーメンでした。
鶏白湯スープはとろみがあったものの思ったよりもあっさり目で美味しくいただけました。
さらにレモンをかけて味変を楽しめるのも良かったです。
もともと塩とレモンは親和性がありますが、鶏白湯にレモンの酸味が入るとこんなに美味しくなるのかと思いました。
最後はプチ御飯をスープに投入して締めの雑炊のような感覚でいただいて終了。
軽くいただくつもりがお腹いっぱいになりました。
メニューを見ているとサイドメニューも豊富なので、ラーメン以外にも食事が楽しめるかなと思います。
ただラーメン好きとしては麻婆麺も良いかなと思いました。
あべのキューズモールは大阪メトロ阿倍野駅からもすぐなので、また寄り道をしてみたいですね。
