Osaka Metoro文の里駅近くの阿倍野区役所迎えにあるとんかつ「とんかつたこつぼ」さん。
ここは以前から気になっていていつかタイミングが合えば来てみたいと思っていたお店です。
実は今日も時間がなく残された時間は30分間笑
諦めようと思いましたが、たまたま目の前の信号が青になったので勢いだけでそのままお店を覗いてみました。
『時間がないのですが早くできるメニューあります？』
『とんかつは揚げるのに時間がかかるのでミックスフライなら早くできます』とのこと。
それならばと【ミックスフライ】(¥1500税込)をお願いして隅の2人掛けの小さなテーブルにお水を片手に腰を下ろします。
荷物を下ろして見渡した店内は小さいけれど灯り取りの窓から温かな日差しがたっぷりと差し込んでいる
カウンター4席と2人掛けテーブルが２つあるだけ
切り盛りする女性店主さんは気さくでなかなか魅力的なお店です。
やがて巻きで現れたミックスフライ定食の姿に思わず笑みを溢す。
白い皿の上にはヒレ肉、海老フライや白身魚、イカといったフライがカットして盛り付けられ山盛りのキャベツの上にはエディブルフラワー。
ほんの少しの彩りが添えられただけで料理が見違える程華やいで見えるから不思議です。
衣は粗めのパン粉サクサクの食感でヒレの火入れ具合が良く染み出す肉汁とその柔らかさが嬉しい。
赤だしの味噌汁は厚揚げやこんにゃく、大根と具材たっぷりの家庭的な味付け。
イカフライはやや縮んでしまったようでしたが残しておいた海老フライにタルタルを乗せて尻尾まで味わい完食しました。
どれが良かったか聞かれたら、個人的にヒレカツが良かったかな♡
店名からどうしてもたこ焼きを想像してしまいますが敢えてのとんかつ。時間がなくて聞けませんでしたが
次回はロース&ヒレにして、店名の由来を教えてもらおうかな。
