6年も英国に住んでいたと言う店主は帰国後複数のホテルでフランチを学んだと言う
はっきり言って一級品のお料理が食べられる
店主さんの英国滞在の経験を活かしてアイリッシュパブを目指しているようだ
奥さんとの息も良く清々しいサービスも気持ち良い
私はこのお店にすっかりハマってしまったかも知れない
先ず、お店に行ったら、アイリッシュペールのキルケニーをいただこう
コクがあってマイルドな口当たり、何よりきめ細かな泡がとてもイイ
現在、お店が出来立てな事もあってメニューがそんなに多い訳ではない
でも、このお店のメニューにハズレはない
何をいただいても美味しいが既に2回もいただいた ラムキーマカレー が忘れられない
ラム肉の旨味が正面からガッツンと来る嬉しさ
貴重な食体験を色々とさせて貰う
しかし、此処のお料理のレシピなどを伺うと何でも教えてくれる
でも、レシピは全然当たった試しがない
まぁ、それもお楽しみという事で
