思った以上のレア感。
鉄板で運ばれた時は表面だけ焼かれており。
スタッフさんがタレを入れてくれるとグツグツ。
けれど、
勢いは束の間その後はそんなに火が入らない。
レア感苦手な人は苦手かもしれないが、
ナマ感好きにはたまらない。
一口食べるとネットリしっとり肉の甘味。
そのままでも美味しいが黄身と合わさると、
もうたまらん美味しさ。
ナマ感で食べ易さも相まり次々とかきこめる。
