地下鉄御堂筋線・昭和町駅の4号出入口から松虫通を西にすぐのところ。一昨年（2019年）の5月にオープンされた洋食・イタリアンのお店です。ランチタイムに初訪問しました。
カジュアル・イタリアンといった雰囲気の店内は、エントランス側に2人掛け・4人掛けのテーブル席、その奥に厨房に面したカウンター席のある10数席。アクリル板が設置されるなど、例の対策はしっかりされています。
ランチメニューは2種のパスタと1種のリゾット（各900円）と、3種盛りの「ミックスランチ」（1,280円）となっています。
この日のパスタは「イカとフレッシュトマト、キャベツのオイルソース」、または「鶏ミンチとブロッコリーのクリームソース」。そして「鶏ミンチとブロッコリーのクリームリゾット」で、「ミックスランチ」は雲仙ハム・マグロカツ・エビフライとなっています。
リゾットが選べるのは珍しいと思い、「鶏ミンチとブロッコリーのクリームリゾット」をお願いしました。しばらく待った後にアンティパストが運ばれてきました。
横長のお皿にオニオンドレッシングのサラダ、鴨のスモーク、エリンギのソテー、クラッカーとポテトサラダ、ピクルス、台湾産パイナップルが盛られ、デミタスカップにコーンポタージュが添えられています。
ポタージュは薄味でマイルド、エリンギのソテーは甘酸っぱく仕上がっています。台湾のパイナップルは味が濃厚で実に旨いですね。ワインが欲しくなるが、緊急事態宣言下なのでひたすら我慢。
しばらくして青磁色の大きな丸皿に盛られたリゾットが、少し遅れてバスケットに入ったパンがやってきました。リゾットは鶏ミンチと玉ねぎとともに火が通され、たっぷりのブロッコリーとともにカルボナーラの如く胡椒が掛けられています。
ライスは短粒種で、口に運ぶとクリーミーな口当たり。ライスはほんのわずかに芯を感じる火入れ具合で、まさしくアルデンテです。ブイヨンの風味も豊かで優しい風合い…リゾットの旨さを再認識させられます。
パンは天然酵母パンと「ゼッポリーネ」というアオサの揚げパンです。この揚げパン、磯の風味があって実に旨い。どうやらこちらの名物のようです。
天然酵母パンはふんわり柔らかくてクセのない味わい。リゾットのお皿に残ったソースをこのパンで拭いとり、最後までいただきました。
この質の高いランチが900円なのはかなりリーズナブル。緊急事態が明けてワインが飲めるようになれば、ディナーもいただいてみたいですね。
