注文内容
・煮干し中華そば800円
・濃厚煮干し中華そば850円＋味玉100円
・煮干し玉250円
お店に到着すると横並び2席分が丁度空いて無く10分ほど店内待ちしてから着席。
煮干し中華そば
麺は平打ち中細縮れ麺。コシが有り表面ツルツルで美味しい麺でした。
スープは清湯でほんのりとした煮干しの風味が感じられるスープで旨いのですがちょいと塩味が強いかなぁ？
濃厚煮干し中華そば
麺は上記と同じ。
スープは濃厚煮干しではお決まりのセメント色！
濃厚煮干しと言えばこの色ですよねぇ、味わいもズドーン！と煮干し風味が伝わり、めちゃ旨！！！
但し、濃厚煮干しとしてはやはり「上には上が居る」で天六、福島、布施に有る煮干しラーメンを看板とした百名店上位入選常連店を超える感動の味わいと迄は行かずといった感じでした。
煮干し玉
麺は汁麺の物とは違って細ストレート。
香味油とタレが相まってこれは旨い！
説明書き通り、そのままでも、汁麺に入れてもGOOD！
接客は丁寧で元気な対応で感じの良いお店でした。
