らーめんセンタートミオです。
今回初訪問です。時間も午後3時半過ぎです。通し営業なのが嬉しいですね。ここは行こうと思いながらなかなか行けなかったお店です。券売機で食券を買って、今回は？Bセット、煮干し中華そばに玉子かけごはん、シウマイ2個です。一緒に味玉に柚子三つ葉トッピングです。あっさり煮干しの醤油清湯スープ、優しい煮干し風味の美味しいスープ、中細麺、煮干しスープが良く絡んで美味しいですね。刻んだ玉子の甘味と食感が良いですね、柚子三つ葉のさっぱりとした風味も良く海苔の風味が煮干しスープに良く合いますね。味玉、黄身も濃厚美味しいですね。チャーシューは肉肉しく歯ごたえ良くこれ又美味しいです。玉子かけごはんは醤油に卓上の昆布の佃煮乗っけて、良く混ぜて美味しいです。肉シウマイ２個、からしにしょうゆ、煮干し酢かけて、肉肉しくジューシー、程よい歯ごたえ美味しいです。今回初ですが？煮干しの風味の良い美味しい一杯でした。
