無性に煮干し食べたくなったので
やってきました。
前回はノーマルを食べたので
今回は
濃厚煮干し中華そば 850円
ざる 850円
をいただきました。
まずはざるから。
もちもちツルツルの麺は
香りも良くて喉越しも良い。
つけ汁はコクがあるけど、
さっぱりした感じで麺と合って
美味しいです。
さらっと食べて
次は濃厚煮干し
雑味のない濃厚な旨味のスープ
が麺に絡んでめちゃ美味い！
手作りメンマの細さが個人的には
めっちゃ好み。
全汁で完食！
あぁー美味かった。
