夕方にあいているお店を探してうろうろしていたら見つけたラーメン屋さん。
18時オープンのお店が多く、困っていたので迷わず入店。
中華そばが気になり、入店したものの、
期間限定の海老白湯ラーメンがおいしそうなのでそちらを注文しました。
お客さんは私以外に一人。その人も海老ラーメンだったのですぐに運ばれてきました。
半生の尾頭付き甘海老二尾と鶏チャーシュー、青しそ、たまねぎと自家製メンマいり。
濃厚な海老のスープはビスクスープのようです。
麺はちぢれた中太麺。粘度のある海老スープと良く絡んでおいしい。
もっちりした食感も良いです。
しっとりした鶏チャーシューと半生の海老、具がどれもおいしく
めったにスープは飲み干さない私も最後まで飽きずにいただきました。
