味玉濃厚煮干し中華そば 950円
寺田町は「表現者工房」というところで、演劇を見た帰り、駅前でラーメン♪
寺田町には初めて行きましたが、「轍」や「わっしょい」など、有名なラーメン店がたくさんあるのですね。
その中で「トミオ」を選びました！
かつて「麺屋丈六」の限定で「セメント系」を初めて食べ、感動したからです。
ネットを見ていると「トミオ」の濃厚煮干しを「セメント系」と呼ぶひともいれば、「セメント系ではない」と言うひともいれば。
なぜ意見が異なるのかわかりませんが。
「セメント」と呼ぶには、薄いのでしょうか？
私は「濃い」と感じましたが、感じ方は人それぞれですよね。
煮干しをドロドロにしたスープはすべて「セメント系」で良いのではないかと思いますが、定義もよく存じません。
スープが濃厚でとても美味しかったです☆
また、店員さんたち（アルバイトでしょうけど）がとても丁寧で、感じが良かったです！
寒くて雪の降るなか、席に着くと「熱いお茶」が提供されるのも、とても嬉しいサービス♪
近くにあれば通いたいお店でした！
