JR環状線 寺田町駅徒歩すぐのこちらのお店は、煮干し中華そばが味わえるラーメン屋さんです。
土曜日の14時頃に伺い、すぐに入店ができました。
▪️お店雰囲気
・食券を買って席に付きます。
・店主が1人で切盛りをしていますが、愛想も大変良いです！
・カウンター席のみですが間隔が広々して◎
・ミスチルの昔の曲から最新の曲までランダムにかかっており心地よいです！
▪️注文メニュー
・トミオ煮干し中華そば 1,000円
・肉シウマイ(5個) 450円
▪️味感想
スープは煮干しベースの魚介スープに醤油を合わせたスープです。あっさり系ですが、煮干しの風味がガツンと来る感じで大変美味です。麺は中太麺でスープと相性が良く◎。具材は、チャーシュー3枚、半熟卵、玉ねぎ、ナルト、海苔、フカヒレメンマとボリュームたっぷりです。特に玉ねぎの甘さは抜群に美味しく、またメンマも味が付いておりすごく美味しかったです。
焼売も肉肉しく、玉ねぎの甘さと相まってすごく美味しかったです。
▪️全体感想
ラーメンはもちろんですが、焼売もすごく美味しくレベルの高さを感じました！！
是非、ラーメンだけでなく焼売も食べて欲しいです！
