自宅でフグ刺ざんまい
普段はお店でしか頂けないお料理も。自粛中は、テイクアウトをしてくれていたりします！
チョコはもちろん、甘いものが一切不要(決して苦手とは言わない)な旦那様。
チョコの代わりに、好物のフグ刺をプレゼント。
と言っても、私も一緒に頂くんですけどね。
会社からの帰り道。
マイカー通勤も、はや一年になります。
毎晩、会社帰りに呑んで帰ってたのが、遥か昔に感じます。
助手席にちょっと旦那様を待たせて、お店へGO。
ホットペッパーでテイクアウトの注文が出来るのが便利。
初めてのお店でしたが、ご主人は気さくに話しかけてくれて、ご自慢のフグを手渡してくれました。
てっさ×２皿、ぶっ刺し×１人前、てっぴ(フグ皮湯びき)×１人前。
実は、持ち帰りは20%オフでして。
〆て４千円弱(税抜)なんだから。お得です。
タレやポン酢は、２人前にしては、たっぷり。分厚く太めに切られたてっぴは、歯ごたえ抜群！！ポン酢と薬味をたっぷり絡めて、最高の酒のアテです。 自家製のポン酢だけでも美味しかったのに、ぶっ刺しのタレまで用意してくれています。薬味は、もみじおろしはもちろんのこと、小葱、アサツキ、スダチまでが大量に添えられています。これは、ぶっ刺し。チコリではなく白菜でしたが。この時期の旬の野菜なだけに、イケます。分厚い身と、コリコリの皮を合わせているのも、美味しさUPにひと役買っています。 私は大満足でしだが、旦那様も喜んでくれていました。また、食べようね♪ お店は、天王寺フープ近くの戴天ふぐ左右海さんです。 マイカー通勤が終わったら、ぜひ寄りたいです。
