I've always wanted to go to this bakery. I finally got to go. A few years ago, a few days before the store was due to open, it burned down in a fire, and they rebuilt it with crowdfunding, and it was even featured on TV. It's amazing. I knew that their famous apple pie was "Happy Apple Pie," so I really wanted to try it. I was worried that it would sell out, but I was relieved to see that there were plenty on display even after lunch. I wonder if they keep baking? As for the taste, it's the most popular, as expected! The pie was crunchy and delicious (´∀｀*) I had previously seen an announcement on Instagram that they had made a cute bag for apple pie, so I wanted to get it in that bag to give to a friend, but unfortunately it was a plain paper bag. Maybe it hadn't been used yet? I also bought a few other items. Among them, the bean paste and butter sandwich was delicious with French bread dough. The fresh Donuts were also fluffy and delicious. The croissants and salted bread were sweeter than I expected. I thought I had bought a good balance of sweet and salty things, but all of them were sweet breads except for the curry bread (lol) But each one was delicious. There were many other types of bread on display, so I would like to visit again.
