十数年来の新福ファンです。仕事帰りに天王寺を通ったので訪問しました。
注文は中華そば小のヤキメシセットで計980円。
そばのスープは動物系の出汁に醤油のキレが効いた、美味しい新福のスープでした。ただ食べ進めていくと、他店より塩辛い気がしてきました。
次はヤキメシ。香ばしくてコクがある、素晴らしいヤキメシでした。ヤキメシを頬張ってスープを一口・・・ あれ？
本店で感じられる、あのスープとヤキメシの風味が渾然一体となってまろやかな、別物の味になる感覚がないのです。なんでだろうと思ったら、そばのスープが塩辛すぎたせいです。
それぞれは美味しいですが、一緒に食べると ？ になっちゃったのが残念でした。
