I stopped by for lunch when I went to Tennoji in mid-November. Actually, I visited this store before, but I was disappointed because it was flying (before opening time). The store is located on the south side of Abeno Harukas, a little further east on the road between HOOP and Abeno Harukas. A different restaurant used to operate at this location, and I still have memories of eating there. Even though the Tokachi Obihiro Pork bowl has declined, it still appeals to me as a meat eater. I went into the store to check the menu posted at the store. I arrived at the store around the same time it opened on weekdays, so I was the first one there. The structure of the store is the same as the previous store, with 9 counter seats right from the entrance to the back. There were also table seats set up in the back. I've sat at the counter before, so I haven't confirmed the number of table seats. I'm not sure if the lunch menu only has Pork bowl or if you can also have Grilled skewer, but I ordered the Tokachi Obihiro Pork bowl. Pork bowl come in belly, shoulder loin, and mixed (belly & shoulder loin) options: Small (90g of meat, 200g of rice (880 yen)) Medium (120g of meat, 300g of rice (980 yen)) Large (180g of meat, 400g of rice (980 yen)) 1,380 yen)) Mega (300g of meat, 600g of rice (2,080 yen)). It was Nami who made the request. If it's just meat, you can afford a large portion, but with rice... it's a lot. The lunch menu also includes Gyoza / Dumpling set meal, a gyoza stew set meal (930 yen each), a 3-kind obanzai set meal, and a 5-piece Grilled skewer set meal (1,040 yen each). Other topping items were also listed on the menu. Once you place your order, the pork will be grilled on the griddle installed in front of the counter. It's also great to be able to watch the meat being grilled right in front of you. In the cold storage case in front of the counter, there were Grilled skewer ingredients wrapped around vegetables and swollen. Introducing Pork bowl. At the same time, miso soup and pickles were also served. On top of the rice bowl was a thick piece of teriyaki pork that covered the rice. The average amount of meat is 120g, but it's quite a portion. When I bit into the pork, there was a good balance between the light red meat and the sweetness of the fat, and the refreshing sauce brought out the flavor of the meat. What surprised me even more was the deliciousness of the grainy rice. If you say so! When I checked the menu again, I found that the pork was Chami Pork from Kagoshima, and the rice was Yumepirika from Hokkaido.This Pork bowl originated from Tokachi Obihiro, and the pork is from Kagoshima. Anyway, the rice is also very delicious. Also, miso soup. I thought it was miso soup, but was it white miso? ? It's sweet with the wind and it's also delicious. On the way home, I asked the woman at the shop what kind of miso they used in the miso soup, but she didn't seem to know. Aside from that, I was able to request additional sauce, so I did so without any hesitation, and both the pork and rice were equally delicious. Pork bowl is also available on the evening menu (although the price may be higher), and you can also enjoy a la carte items such as Hakata's Local Cuisine.
