四天王寺夕陽ヶ丘駅近くに、気になる焼鳥屋さんができているらしい。
と、お連れ様が言うので、とりあえず行きましょう。
日曜日の夜、ライブ帰りに初訪問。
谷町筋に面した歩道に、いつの間にかできとる。
入り口の扉がかっこいい。
店内は靴を脱ぐスタイルなので、脱ぎ履きしやすい靴で来るべし。
コの字型のカウンターは掘り炬燵になっていて、足がらくらく。
ビールで乾杯。
おまかせ7串2900円
むねたたき980円
ぬか漬け / 厚揚げ各380円
そぼろ丼880円
スープ220円
をオーダー。
まずはむねたたき。
中が綺麗な桜色に仕上げられており、胸肉なのにジューシー。
すだちペーストがめちゃくちゃうまい。
これ瓶詰めで売ってほしい。
こちらのお店では黒さつま鶏の黒王を使っており、肉質がぶりんぶりん。
今回のおまかせ7串は、ねぎま、ぼんじり、かしわ、抱き身、こころ、ずり、つくね。
かしわは、ももの下のふくらはぎあたりになるらしく、繊維がぎゅっとしててうまい。
抱き身は皮がさくさくで、その中に胸肉が包まれている。
つくねは混じりっけのない肉！て感じ。
焼き野菜はシルクスイートに粒マスタード。
追加で頼んだ焼き野菜のなめこ。
なめこを焼くとはどうゆうこっちゃ。
て思ってたけど、ちゃんと焼いてあるんですよ、あんなヌルヌルのもん。
ほんでこれがめちゃくちゃうまいんだわ。
炭の香りとなめこの芳醇な香り。初めての体験。
厚揚げは絹ごし豆腐を小さめに切って揚げてあり、外がカリカリで中がアツアツとろん。
ぬか漬けは糠の香りがしっかりして、これも地味にうまい。
追加の串は一本当たり400円くらい。
チキンヌードルていう気になるネーミングの麺が食べたかったけど品切れだったので、これは次回食べよっと。
要予約で水炊きも食べられるみたいなので、寒くなったら再訪しよう。
