前から気になってましたが、ランチに伺いました
谷町六丁目からすぐでした。
最初に出たアミューズがどれもとても美味しくてシャンパンも合います
フォアグラは個人的にはパリっと焼いてるやつが好みですか...
食材もいいものが使ってあり、盛り付けに工夫が見られ、ひとつのお皿の中に味の変化があり、見てよし、食べてよし、さらに接客、雰囲気もよく、楽しい時間を過ごせました。リピート確定です。
