直近予約は埋まってて困難だったので18日前にネット予約して開店時間に訪問。
ここのアミューズは他店と違ってアフタヌーンティースタンドに盛られて来ます。
これに惹かれて訪問を決めた訳ですが映え映えな見た目だけでは無く一つ一つが丁寧に作られ味わいの変化にも工夫したもので初っ端からウマウマ！の連続！
その後の前菜からデザート迄ほんと一皿一皿に凄く手が混んでいて仕事の丁寧さを伺える満足の行くものでした。
そんな中でも一際印象深かった一皿が魚料理で鮎を使ったソースがもう絶品！でした。
接客も料理の説明、サーブのタイミングなど何不自由の無いサービスでした。
