谷町6丁目にあるフランス料理屋さん。
ワンランクアップしたような上品な店内、
やや緊張しましたがどこかぬくもりを感じる雰囲気に脱力。

［アミューズ５種］
・新玉葱、ホワイトバルサミコ、雲丹
○抹茶、苺、マスカルポーネ、生ハム
♡グシェール、リエット
○シナモン、鶏肝、無花果
◎ホタルイカ、カリフラワー、木の芽、唐墨
上段、スプーンの反対側からだと玉ねぎの可愛い形、
抹茶シフォンと生ハムに挟まれたイチゴが見えるので向き反対かしら。
前菜では下段真ん中、グシェールがとても好きでした。
プチシューのような可愛らしい生地に豚肉の煮込みが入っています。
びっくりしたのが、ホクホクに温かかったこと。
というのも、お料理の説明を聞いて、一つずつ手に取って食べて
この中の一番最後に食べたのに外も中もほかほか。
この時この瞬間のために作られたのがよくわかりました。
もちろんお味も好きでお酒が欲しくなりました。
［前菜］
○桜鱒、紅芯大根、ビーツ、プチトマト、ロゼワイン
アマランサス、穂紫蘇で飾られて愛らしいお皿。
薔薇の花のようにクルクルと巻かれています。
シェリー酒のジュレ?が入っていて独特の香りと
燻製されたサクラマスの合うこと合うこと。
［おまかせメイン料理］
○ガルシア産栗豚ロース、旬菜、黒オリーブ
お野菜はズッキーニ、ひめにんじん、筍、うすい豆、菜の花など。
分厚い豚ロースはしっとりと食べ応え野生味溢れる。
これだけしっかりしたメインでも少し入ったネギなどお野菜が香ります。
［デザート］
○カモミール、林檎、よもぎ
［お茶菓子］
◎カヌレ、桜メレンゲ、もちもちのゼリー、ほうじ茶フィナンシェ
提供前からいーい匂いが、香ばしい匂いが届いていました。
説明を聞くとフィナンシェが焼きたてであると。
いい匂いですし、食べると外側のカリッとした部分、
内側のもっちり、ふんわり、しっとりを味わえて幸せだ。
全体的にとてもお味が優しくて驚きました。心地よかったです。
フランス料理というと重厚なソースと
それに負けない強い食材のイメージがぼんやりありました。
そのイメージ、グルンと180°変わりました。
お店の空間も好きですし、必ずまた行きたいです。
お酒、ワインのおすすめを伺いながら決めてみたいな。
調理をなさっていた男性の店主さん、
帰りは見送りに来てくださり、そのお顔を見て納得。
うんうん、とっても柔らかくて優しいお顔をしていらっしゃる。
恥ずかしくて顔を背けてしまいましたが、よく見ておくべきだった〜。
お外までみなさまで見送ってくださり胸いっぱいです。
