友人が予約をしてくれて、平日の夕方1800頃に二名で訪問。
居酒屋の100名店ということで楽しみにしておりました。
入店すると店内の雰囲気、調度品もよく、否が応にも期待が高まります。
が、、、結論として期待はずれ。残念。
先ず最初の一品が出てくるまで時間がかかり過ぎる。コースなので、とりあえずと追加するわけにも行かず、つまみもなく、ただただ酒を呑んで30分。。。塩でも出して欲しいくらい。
この時点で「もてなし」としてどうなんだろう。
一品一品のお料理に拘りがあることはよく理解できましたし、モノも悪くないとは思います。が、接客を含め、なんとも店主体という違和感が拭えず。
不快ということでもなく、まあ相性なのでしょうが、店内料理は価格の割には全く刺さるものもなく、コースと日本酒を4合ほど頂いて退店しました。
再訪はなし。
尚、テイクアウトの納豆はとても美味しかったです。
