The restaurant is located in a traditional Japanese house, northeast of Tanimachi Rokuchome Station. First, warm up your stomach with steamed rice, then enjoy some beans, Akashi sea bream and horse mackerel sashimi with either wasabi or salt. We then have Simmered dish from Kuwana, green laver seaweed, bamboo shoots, cherry salmon, broad bean sauce, and new onions, which are small but delicious. This is the 3,300 yen course. We also had stewed sea bass, mozzarella pickled in soy sauce koji, and goat cheese pickled in Hatcho miso, all with sake. The sake we had was Matsuno Tsukasa and Narumi, both of which were sweet and delicious.
