Tapas (small plates) also seem to go well with alcohol. We recommend the Thai-style grilled shabu moogata! Moogata is a Thai-style Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and shabu shabu hotpot, and is a dish where you can eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and shabu shabu together (^∇^) Meat and shrimp are grilled in the raised dome-shaped part in the middle (inside), which surrounds the dome. Vegetables and pho are boiled in the soup stock and eaten. This restaurant's menu includes beef, pork, and chicken, and they use domestic Omi Beef. This Omi beef is delicious♪ In addition to the meat, the set includes shrimp and vegetables, so you can eat a lot of different things (*⁰▿⁰*) The grilled meat is made with ``wasabi soy sauce,'' ``salt,'' and ` Yakiniku (Grilled meat)'' Eat with 'no sauce'. The vegetables and shrimp in shabu shabu hotpot are eaten with a special sauce. The taste of this sauce is similar to tom yum goong soup, but it is not so sour or spicy, so you can enjoy the ingredients easily.
