お店は地下鉄谷町線、谷町6丁目にあります。
4番出口を出て、空堀商店街へ。
はいからほり。
「旧ヤム邸」、「饂飩とお酒 からほり きぬ川」など、人気店があります。
饂飩のきぬ川さんが惚れ込んだ昆布屋さんとも評判のお店です。
ホームページを見ると、江戸時代から明治にかけて、北海道と本州間の交易の要であった北前船。
その起点であり終点であった大坂へ北海道の産物は集められ、昆布文化は大坂の地で華ひらきます・
とありました。だから大阪に昆布のお店が多いのですね。
こちらは、お店のカウンターに小分けしたいろいろな佃煮がおいてあります。
奥には昔ながらの大きいな陳列ケース。
おぼろ昆布などがたくさん入っています。
他にも量り売りをされるものがあるのでしょうね。
何とも印象的です。
いろいろな素材をつかった昆布もあり、見ていてとても楽しい。
生姜昆布とふきこんぶを買って帰りました。
こちらの味付けは、かなり甘さ控えめです。
でも、昆布の旨みが前面に出てきます。
生姜もふきも白ご飯との相性抜群。満足いたしました。
