開店前10分前の11:20頃、お店に到着。
1番乗りでした。
30分過ぎくらいからどんどん人が
入ってこられていました。
今回、ざる蕎麦（細切り）と鴨の塩焼きを注文。
『お蕎麦はのびてしまうので早めに
お召し上がりください』との事。
細切りなのにコシはしっかりとあって
鼻からふわっと香りがぬけていき美味しい。
塩と頂くとより蕎麦の風味を楽しめました。
鴨の塩焼きは、臭みは勿論全くなく
柔らかくて美味しい。横に添えてある
ネギがまた甘くて美味しかった。
これはまた食べたくなる。
お店もお料理も上品さを堪能できる
素敵なランチでした。
