谷6にあるミシュラン掲載の人気店です。
人気店ですが路地裏にあるお店なので、静かな環境です。内装は古民家風で奥にちょっとした和風の庭があり、とても落ち着きます♪
今回は大和芋とろろそばをオーダーしました。
かなり細くて透明感のあるお蕎麦です。やはりいいお蕎麦は透明感があります。そばつゆととろろをかけて美味しくいただきました( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ )
初めて食べるならシンプルにざるそばがおすすめです。蕎麦そのものの味をダイレクトに感じられます。
夜しかメニューにありませんが玉子焼きが美味しいです。お酒を飲みながら一品料理を食べ、シメにお蕎麦を食べるのが最高だと思います(°▽°)
