大阪市東成区のJR玉造駅からすぐのうどん屋さんです
土曜日のオープン直後の11:05の到着、店内に数席空きがあり一巡目で入店できました
店外の記帳表に名前を書いて待ちます
11:25着丼となりました
最近はせっかく足を運ぶならということで、冷たい麺、温かい麺を連食で頼むことが多いので、今回は小盛（それでも300g▲50円）にさせていただきました
○鶏玉ぶっかけうどん 冷 950円
剛麺と謳っているようにいい意味であごが疲れるほど強い噛みごたえで、硬さ、コシ、弾力は最強クラス、もちもち感や粘りというより『剛』が似合う硬いグミのような麺です！
麺線もやや太めなのでまだ本当に麺と戦うような感じでした、、
でもこれが小麦の風味や甘さもあり美味しかったです
ぶっかけつゆはだしの効いた控えめの味わいで、特に強烈な味わいの鶏天を引き立てます
その鶏天は鶏天というよりも唐揚げに近い印象で、香味野菜や胡椒、醤油といった味が染み込んだ鶏天、これがシンプルなうどんに強烈なインパクトを与え、絶品でした！
○鶏天鶏卵カレーうどん 1290円
お店の名物、看板と言えるメニューがこちら
カレーつゆ、うどん、その上に関西では多い鶏卵（卵あんかけ）、先程の強烈な鶏天が3個乗ってます
昆布と鰹風味の優しいカレーつゆ
鶏卵が混ざっているので尚更スパイス感は強くなく、出汁、卵、カレーの香りで楽しめるつゆです
冷たい麺と温かい麺を食べているとよく、温かい麺では柔らかくなりがちですが、こちらは温かくても剛麺、少し経つともちもち感が出て食感の変化も楽しめました
カレーに激旨鶏天の組み合わせは反則です
美味しすぎて6個食べられます、、
またカレーうどんにはやや硬めに炊かれたごはんもついてきますので、カレーにもなります！
11:45退店時には外待ち4名といった状況でした
色々なメニューもあるので通い詰めてみたいお店です
