2023.05 After finishing the morning mission, I went to lunch. This is the store I went to after receiving an invitation! It seemed like they had made a reservation, so we entered the restaurant easily, were shown to our seats, and checked out the menu. Would you like soba or udon? I'm a little worried... Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) is a set...it's good♬ That's why I decided on a set of Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) and udon!! ️ My companions ordered eel and soba (^○^) The food that was served after a while (^｡^) The eggs in Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) were soft-boiled and looked nice. The udon noodles are also glossy (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o))) Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) first...huh? Is there a roast? It's delicious! The soft soft-boiled eggs are also a nice touch. Good thickness, good soup stock!! ️ Also how it soaks into the rice (*^◯^*) Udon... I was surprised at how firm it was. The stiffness is far superior to what I expected. Is this udon made from boiled dried noodles? ? ? I feel like it's not raw udon...I don't know. But this chewy texture is wonderful♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪ It's a perfect meal in no time!
