違う所を求めていましたがお目当てのメニューが売り切れ〜
近くだったこちら、外の看板を見たら…刀削麺あるのここ(･∀･)
中国の方がされていて本格中華っぽくて期待大♡
セットのメニューの方の方の方がお得そうではあるのですがやっぱ刀削麺！
手元にあるメニューには刀削麺書いてないんだけど…店員さんに刀削麺ありますか？とお聞きすると、あー、ある！とのことで、麻辣牛肉刀削麺950円。
前では中華鍋でもうもうと湯煙を上げながら何か調理されています。
しばしして前から丼が提供されました。
あ、何か想像とちょっと違ったけど(^^;)
スープ、坦々麺みたいな味噌ラーメンみたいな…薬膳ぽい香辛料の効いたのを想像したんですが、これも想像と違った。
見た目辛そうだけど飲んでみたらそこまで辛くなかったです。
塊を削って作ってる刀削麺屋さんしか行ったことなく、それが来るのかと思いきや、何か刀削麺として見たことない麺なんすけど…
幅広で縁がビラビラしてます。
乾麺の既成の麺なのかな〜
ま、刀削麺屋さんじゃないし作ってられないのかもね…
変わった麺は好きなのでこれはこれでおいしいですが…あーでもやっぱあの不揃いのもちもちの麺が食べたかったな。
上の牛肉は柔らかいです。
もやし、小松菜の炒め物もトッピング。
本格的と思いきや結構ジャパナイズド？街中華な感じでした。
