本日はうどんの日〜
谷町六丁目にある、
饂飩とお酒 からほり きぬ川さんにて
「とり玉天ぶっかけ」を頂きました。
気温も徐々に高くなり、冷たいうどんの
季節が近づいてきました。
そうなると無性にぶっかけが食べたくなる
のは人間の性､､､
早速、ぶっかけが魅力的なうどんの名店を
発見し、訪問することにしました！
場所はウォーキングに最適な距離。
今後の訪問のため、道中の名店も
散策しながらお店を目指しました♪
18:20到着。先客ありも待ち無しで
即入店。お目当て品を注文しました！
【注文】とり玉天ぶっかけ 980円也

うどんの麺、剛麺タイプとグミ麺タイプが
ありますが、こちらはグミ麺タイプ。
細めで柔らかいのに、プツッと切れること
なく、伸びのある不思議な麺です♪
啜ると喉越しも良く美味しい。

ぶっかけ用の甘辛い出汁､､､
甘辛いだけでなく、普通より魚介系の
味わい強めで出汁だけで飲んでも旨し！
◇◇◇◇トッピング達
とり天と卵天。どちらも衣は揚げたてで
サクッとした食感。
とり天はしっかり揚げられていますが
juicyさは失わず、柔らかい^ ^
お出汁と麺が絶品のうどん。
完食完飲してしまいました♪
