昆布と鰹節の出汁にきつね、あぁー帰ってきた。
最近、讃岐系の大阪アレンジうどんが多く、また本格的な讃岐うどんも大阪で味わえるが、この店の味は懐かしさを感じる。きつねうどんを食べる機会が減ったが、甘みが染み出して美味い。天ぷらを揚げる油にこだわっているようで、サクサクと食感が良い。うどんも伸びるようで、グミのような歯応え。
おやこ飯は生卵と鶏からのどんぶり。鶏からは中はしっとり、卵かけご飯でも良かったくらいの新鮮な卵はご飯に合い、かき込むように完食。
