『酒 to curry アーチル』@玉造
18日の夜、大阪滞在の際お世話になってる垣田さんの案内で玉造のアーチルさんにて嬉しい再会。
この店の店主Bombさん、以前はあのゼロワンカレー(現在A.o.Dとして三田にて営業)の谷四時代にて研鑽を積まれた料理人。
カレーは勿論、揃える酒とアテが素晴らしい‼️
『あてカレー3種withﾊﾞｽﾏﾃｨﾗｲｽ』
・牛スジスパイスカレー
・牡蠣のグリーンカレー
・原木椎茸のダル
牛スジカレーは谷四時代のゼロワン仕込みの味で肉質がブリンブリン、北海道仙鳳趾の大ぶり牡蠣のグリーンカレーには珍しい中国野菜「紅菜苔」の食感とのコントラストとグレービーのコクが堪らない。そして初めて味わう肉厚椎茸とダルの組み合わせも秀逸、コメと酒が止まらないけしからんカレー達。

いい感じに盛り上る現場にさらに嬉しいサプライズ、本来スケジュール上無理と思われていた「チーム大阪」のメンバーが駆けつけてくれて改めて乾杯。
2人が、3人、4人、6人に！アーチルナイト！
本当にスパイスが繋いでくれたこの縁、俺の大事な大事な宝物。
スパイスとアルコールも手伝い今宵は嬉しくてテンション大爆発でした。有難うございました‼️
