結婚記念日のお祝いで利用。
ずっと行きたかった店。
記念日コース15,000円を注文。
結論、味もサービスも満点。
めっちゃ良いお店だった。
一品目の毛蟹の茶碗蒸しから最高だった。
金目鯛の刺身、
うなぎの白焼(白焼としては、1番美味しいかも！)
伝助穴子(妻は感動してた。)
鯛、、、
いずれのお料理も最高だった。
それと接客。
シェフは無口で少し気難しそうに見えるが、
とても手際が非常によく、
職人気質で魅力的な人だ。
ホールは奥様が担当されているが、
とてもちょうど良い、とても心地良い接客で、
とても居心地の良いお店だと感じた。
それと、メッセージプレート。
奥様が手作りされているとの事。
とても素敵なプレートをありがとうございました。
今日はノンアルコールビールしか飲めなかったけど、
次はワインか日本酒と一緒にいただきたい。
