昨夜は谷町六丁目の割烹、和デメキンさんに。
お品書きを拝見。
お酒は豊富ですが、肴や釜飯を除くとメニュー数は少ない感じですね。
刺身盛り合わせ、大根と手羽元の炊き合わせ、カマの塩焼きを注文。
お刺身盛り合わせ、ドン。一人前で2切れづつ。二人で食べるのにちょうどいいですね。なかなか良い鮮度ですねー。
日本酒をいただきましょう。味の好みを伝えると選んでいただけます。うん、美味しい。
大根と手羽元の炊き合わせ、ドン。良い感じの上品なお味つけ。今の時期の大根でよく炊けたなーと感じました。手羽元も柔らかですが、味もしっかりあり美味^ - ^
カマの塩焼きドン！
うお、綺麗に焼けてる。良い感じの脂ののり方。うまそー。
モグモグ、、、うん、旨い。無言で食べ尽くしてしまいそう。
満足しました。食事とビール、日本酒、ソフトドリンク各1杯で2人5000円行かず。妥当なお値段かと。
お味や雰囲気、ご接客には充分満足しました。個人的なはもう少し食事のメニュー数があると嬉しいです。ハシゴするにはとても良いお店だと思います。
トイレが地下にあって、地下部分にとても感じの良いテーブルもありました。まあ谷町六丁目の地形上、入った部分が一階なのか、トイレがあったのが一階なのかはわかりませんが(^^)
