毎日市場に出向き新鮮な魚介、野菜類を買い付け各地からブランド食材を仕入れております。 |
玉造と鶴橋を結ぶ国道沿いにあるこちらのお店。
ランチタイムにお伺いしてきました。カウンターとテーブルとあります。
マスター一人で切り盛りされてました。
ランチセット（1000円）は、前菜盛り合わせ、フォカッチャ、本日のパスタ。本日のパスタは2種類から選べます。鶏肉とほうれん草のバジルクリームソースをセレクト。
ちなみにランチセット（1300円）は、上記にドリンク、ドルチェが付きます。
前菜盛り合わせには、玉ねぎのソテー、レタスと玉ねぎのサラダ、かぼちゃの素揚げ、カレー味の豆腐の様なもの、人参ソテーがのってました。
とれも手間暇かかってると思います。野菜好きにはたまりません。
メインのパスタは、歯応えが適度に残った麺に、バジルクリームソースがマッチした美味しかったです。鶏肉は、胸肉なんですが、パサパサではなくしっとり。
満足ランチでした。
