玉造から、長堀通を谷町6丁目の方面へ、カフェを探しながら歩いていて見つけたお店です。
店頭の大きな写真が目を惹きます。

りんごのコンポートタルトは、バラの花をイメージしていて、プレートに１つ入ることで華やかですね。
シュケットには、フロマージュブランをいれて食べても合います。
シャンパンやワインなどとマリアージュしても合いそうな、おしゃれな一皿でした。
・モンブランパフェ 1150円
胡麻のチュイール、柿、甘栗をトッピング
マロンペーストのモンブランの下には抹茶クッキー。 シャンティクリーム、ディプロマットクリーム、スポンジ、抹茶アイス、バニラアイス、鳴門金時ペースト、ホイップクリーム、グラノーラなど、いろんな味がいい感じに混ざり合って、最後にコーヒーゼリーのほろ苦さで、少し大人な感じです。
次回の季節のパフェも楽しみ。
店内はレコードがかかっていて、ゆったりした空間で音楽とスイーツを味わえました。
フィナンシェなどの焼き菓子も美味しそうでした♪
