Which curry would you like? I'm a type A person who can't decide no matter how much I think about it, so I guess it's safe for me. I ordered the 3 types of curry. The curry arrived in a few minutes. It was nice to see the plate full of 3 types of curry. The 3 types of curry were evenly distributed around the basmati rice. The color was curry-colored, so it was hard to tell. However, the taste has a lot of individuality. The sourness of the pork, the umami of the chicken, the numbing sensation of the eggplant curry. This combination attack, or rather the wavy attack of the spices, is irresistible (immediate surrender). The large amount of roux compared to the basmati rice is also great (Wai) (I'm a roux lover.)
