日本酒の種類、お料理のクオリティ、おもてなしのクオリティ、落ち着いた空間、全てに於いて、パーフェクトでした！！
"お通しが日本酒"というのも、大変面白いです。
2024年2月は、中部地方がテーマだったので、お通しも、島根県の李白。
お酒はどれももちろん美味しいし、前菜盛り合わせは、どれも凝っていて(コンビーフとワサビ漬けのマリアージュは二度見してしまうくらい、意外で美味しかった。店主さん曰く、焼肉にワサビが合うのと同じ原理だと。…なるほど）、日本酒も進む進む。
鯖寿司の鯖も分厚く、大満足。
和牛のビーフシチューも、ホロホロ絶妙な味加減(580円なんてリーズナブル過ぎませんか？！）
店主さんは、飲食出身では無いと聞き、更にびっくり！
またぜひ伺いたいので、長く続けていただけたら嬉しいなぁ…。。
と、ふらりふらり、帰途に着きました。
因みに、2024年3月は、四国のお酒だそうです。
珍しいものもいっぱいだそうです。
カウンターの後ろには、その強者達が、控えておられました(@￣ρ￣@)
余談ですが、お手洗いに、作(ザク)の花瓶受けがあり、尋ねたところ、作が入っていた袋が可愛くて使われたとか。
こう言うお茶目なところがあるのも良いなぁ…と思いました。
