にゃんでも、老若男女問わず、日本酒とええ感じのアテが楽しめるお店が、谷六に。
あんだか気になる悪寒だったので、予約していざいざ＝３
谷六の交差点から少しだけ東に行ったとこにある、とあるビルヂングの１Fにお店はありま。
パッと見、ようわからん感じではあるけど、”あけてみよ？”ってなってるとこをあけていざいざ＝３
いざ入ってみると、大人ヤソみたいな感じのカウンター席が広がってて、
奥には個室もあるんかに？
とりま、手前のカウンター席にて。
かなり豊富な日本酒のセレクションで、行くたびにラインナップ変わってそうなんで、
色々楽しめそうな。
んでもって、つきだし、お通しとして、日本酒のアテちっくなやーつと
こりまたちょいとレアーな日本酒が出てくるのが、のっけからサプラーイズ！
いやー、微発砲なこの日本酒がのっけからうまーい！！
正直、そこまで日本酒がっつりなわけではない自分でも、
これは、日本酒飲みたいなーと思わせる演出とラインナップ☆
にわうぐピンクなんて、甘みと酸味のコラボレーションがナイスすぎますぅー！！
さて、そんな感じの日本酒に合わせるフード類もいちいち印象的！！
間違いなくマストのアラカルト盛合せは、
イクラの紹興酒漬け、ホタルイカのアラビアータ、台湾豆富、コンビーフとわさび菜の和えたやつ、
鰹塩タタキ等々、、、
いちいちオリジナリティーなやつが10種類以上！！
コレだけで日本酒∞の悪寒。
和風！洋風！なめろうなんざも、
濃厚な味わいが見事に、和風に！洋風に！
いやー、鯖サンドもマスタードとの相性抜群で、
からすみタルタルとの組み合わせが最強なホタテフリットも、
とにもかくにもうまかたー！！
